Contact

Write to contact@candyshortsporn.net. That one address covers everything listed below.

What to write about

• Corrections. Send the address of the page, the sentence that looks wrong and, if you can, what the platform’s public page shows and when you looked.
• Outdated prices or counts. Name the page and the figure. Prices, token costs and catalog numbers change, and every dated statement on this site is meant to be checked against the platform.
• Takedown and copyright requests. Say which text on this site you object to, give the page address, explain your connection to the work concerned and tell us how to reach you.
• Partnerships. Describe what you propose. Business enquiries are welcome, but nobody can buy a mention, a ranking or a kinder description here.
• Privacy requests. Use the same address; the privacy policy explains what the site stores.

What to expect

No response time is promised. Messages that arrive are read, and corrections are checked against the platform’s public pages. When a correction is confirmed, the page is updated and its check date changes. This is an independent site and not a service desk, so one message per topic is easiest to handle. The about page describes how pages are researched and how the site earns money.

This is not Candy AI support

candyshortsporn.net is a guide, not the platform. It cannot see or change anything inside a Candy AI account, and it cannot deal with logins, billing, cancellations or refunds. Those questions belong with the platform’s own support. A card statement that shows EverAI refers to EverAI Ltd., the company that operates Candy AI, and not to this site.

Before you send

Please leave out passwords, card numbers and other sensitive details. Quoting the sentence you mean and giving the page address makes a check much faster, and a source or a date helps when the question is about a price.
